At ADEP Precision in California, Safety isn’t just a policy it’s our culture. This week we held a company-wide Training Day for our entire team not just supervisors.

Our in-house safety officers covered Heat Illness Prevention and emergency protocols, essential with crews battling major heat waves on active projects in the Palm Springs desert. Francisco Meza led the team through OSHA compliance and SCAQMD procedures to keep every job site running right.

Big news: our Safety Manager is on track to
become an OSHA Certified Instructor meaning we’ll soon train and certify our field teams fully in-house. More growth, more opportunity, with Safety always #1.
