Walk in Closet Primary Bedroom in progress✔️

Custom Home island… with marble countertop. I wanted a dramatic edge detail to showcase island. I designed it with 24 drawers- since I am obsessed with organized living + beautiful design with functionality.

The drawer hardware is vintage European brass handles with backplates.

Before + After: The tv/media room is moody and luxe. I used two completely different but complimentary colors of paint. I love Sherwin Williams paints. The colors can make the statement when chosen wisely.

I designed this room with a rich cusp gold tile feature with cabinets and a marble countertop to make the elevated statement vision- come to life.

Wallpaper or paint? I love both, but you do get lots of bang for your buck 💰when you use paint to make your own statement.

I love MARKETS!!!! It’s pure inspiration to me. Let’s go to see what I find at the VINTAGE MARKET DAYS in Hurricane Utah. It’s a yearly event. This is my first time going. I went with my artist daughter -Gentry . I was very impressed and most of the prices were very reasonable.

I’ll share the part 2 of what we ended up buying yesterday. I am going back to the market today. 🫣

Trust your own instincts and don’t allow fear to take over your life. I knew that moving from SLC to St George Utah was the right decision.

I am fortunate to design here now too. I designed our own home and building it to be the perfect place for our family to spend time and make memories together.

Designing this backyard retreat was my dream project. I worked with Bill at to design the exquisite pool.

I fell in love instantly when I saw this gold tile. It has so much dimension and depth. I decided to add it to my design plan for the medias room closet that I transformed into an arched nook.

The outdoor pool design was an extension of the home interior in my design.

The brass water features are my favorite part- along with the stone. I added extra large stone planters to the design/ reveal coming!

There is so many details in a new home build. I absolutely love the way it is coming together.

I love timeless features and designing features that are unique to the project and home. Here are some of the house features right now.

It has been two years since the lot was purchased and the plans, permits and construction started.

The weather for outdoor activities in St George Utah makes this an easy decision. Backyard golf courses that are personalized to the yard. This side yard will be used more now with 24/7 to play. Outdoor design intentionally designed to serve as a fun, low- stress stay at home alternative.

I always say do what you love. I’ve always loved to organize home spaces. Editing items within your home before you sell will bring you more money and a faster sale. Staging homes as an Interior Designer is a service that I offer.

I bring in items, help move unneeded items & furniture to visually improve the visual impact of showing your home online and in person.

This kitchen is stunning and I just incorporated items to allow the buyer to see the features of the space.
