đźšś BIG GRADING & PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT JOB COMPLETE! đźšś
This was a BIG one, and our crew at Volunteer Outdoor Services handled this property from the dirt work all the way to the finishing touches!
✅ Backfilled & graded around the home — We brought the grade up against the porches to eliminate the step-up and create a much smoother transition around the home.
✅ New concrete sidewalk — Poured a new sidewalk to provide a clean, solid walking area and finish out the property.
✅ Seed, fertilizer & straw blanket — After the grading was complete, we seeded and fertilized the disturbed areas and installed straw blanketing to help protect the soil and get new grass established.
✅ Driveway & shop approach — Re-capped the driveway leading to the home and shop with #57 limestone, giving it a fresh, clean surface.
✅ Expanded gravel area around the shop — Placed and graded gravel along the side and back of the shop, providing access in and out of the rear while also creating a large turnaround and usable gravel area for parking, trailers, equipment, or whatever the homeowner decides to use it for!
