I gave this dough bowl a new look with DIY Design Diary Paints in a mix of Little Black Dress and Beadboard, and a few botanical stencils. I wanted it to have a rustic but modern look. I sanded and stained the rim and outside of the bowl to bring out the beautiful wood grain. Debi's Design Diary

I made this vintage book holder for cookbooks for my daughter because she loves strawberries and I knew that the IOD Wild Berries mould would be so perfect for this piece. I hand painted it in Debi’s DIY paints in colors Fancy Farmgirl, Marquee, Cake Batter, Glow up, Salty Kiss and I also used a small stamp from the new stamp set called Connoisseur’s Library for a border around the edges. 🍓 IOD - Iron Orchid Designs Debi Beard

While I’m waiting for the new IOD Summer release, I’ve been working on these wall pieces made on wood using the frames and Cameo moulds from Iron Orchid Designs, along with stamps from the IOD Countryside Memoirs set and Palais De Fleurs Stamp set. This is a vintage wood plate that I finished in a light blue chalk paint, I added the IOD Transfer from the Catherina set and painted scallops around the edge. I added the little gold accents with Debi’s DIY paint in Golden Ticket and on the back I painted stripes using DIY paint in the color Fancy Farmgirl and then used a stamp from IOD set Country Memoirs. This piece is some sort of desktop display shelf but could also be hung on a wall. I finished it in a creamy white and added IOD transfer from St Germain set, a mould tha I cast in air dry clay from the wreath and swags set and I also added a stamp from IOD on the sides of the drawers called Folk Story. The green paint is a mix of DIY paint in Fancy Farmgirl and Crinoline. This piece is listed in my Etsy shop. Link in profile. Also sitting on the shelf are two little cabbage bowls I made using air dry clay from the Spring Garden mould.

This vintage jewelry box was hand painted in a dark grey, accented in a gold gilding wax with added castings from Iron Orchid Designs moulds Felicite and Wreath & Swags. I cast the moulds in air dry clay and I also added some transfers from their Lost Garden transfer set. Finally I painted the drawers in Debis DIY paint in Flirtatious.
