Rob Greebon Photography Welcome to Rob Greebon Photography. Enjoy images of Bluebonnets, Texas Wildflowers, the Austin Skyline, the Texas Hill Country, and Images from Colorado.

I'm a landscape photographer living in Austin, Texas. I mainly focus on photography around Texas including images of the Austin Skyline, the Texas Hill Country, bluebonnet images, and other Texas wildflower images, as well as images from outside the Hill Country such as Guadalupe Mountains National Park, the Dallas skyline, and San Antonio. However, when I travel, I'll share images from other loca

tions, especially Colorado (I shoot for a gallery in Winter Park, Colorado). I'm also available on a very limited basis for family photography (natural lighting only) and for lessons. Please contact me or see my website for more information. www.ImagesfromTexas.com

From an elevation of ~ 11,000', this is Current Creek - not far from Berthoud Pass and also Winter Park. Taken on a cool morning a few days ago, the bluebell were starting to pop. It was a beautiful start to the day.

From Big Bend N.P. last spring, this is a claret cup cactus (hedgehog cactus) high up on the Lost Mine Trail at sunset.
Hope everyone is doing well.

Facebook seems to be fading for me - about 1/50 of my "followers" actually see my posts, so I'm posting more in Instagram. If you want to see photos from all over (Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Europe), feel free to check out my IG at:

I'm ready for Fall! So to cool things down, here is a photo from a few years ago of an aspen criss-cross forest on a dirt road between Ridgway and Telluride. My friend, Mike Jones showed me where this amazing area was, but not before almost navigating us down a muddy ravine that we we very nearly got stuck in. I still think it was a push from some guardian angels that got us out of the muck. Neverthless, bring on cooler temperatures!
Hope everyone has a good hump day.
Rob

The Maroon Bells are arguably Colorado's most photographed summits. On a perfect summer morning while exploring this area, these Canada Geese swam over to investigate what I was up to. With lots of honking going on, I assume they were looking for food!

I don't often shoot with the intent of converting to black and white, but I did for this image. Taken yesterday morning along the Pedernales River, storm clouds were rumbling in the east. I even managed to catch a few lightening flashes while shooting this direction. You can see more at my main FB page at: www.facebook.com/ImagesfromTexas
Have a good Sunday morning.
