We have an option of some remote flexibility but you must be available to work onsite in the office several days a week to be considered for this position. Applicants should have at least 3 - 5 years of experience working in the IT industry with an emphasis on supporting end users with the operation and functionality of SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Netsuite, UKG (Kronos), Ultipro, & Ping Identity.
Salesforce Admin experience is highly desirable in this role and proficiency in managing user provisioning, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, field-level security, record types, page layouts, workflow rules, approval flows, and role-based hierarchy is a plus (but not a requirement).
The ability to provide support effectively over the phone, through email, and via our Salesforce-based Help Ticket system is key. Good multi-tasking, a strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills are a must as well as the ability to take directives and work effectively with limited supervision.
