What You Will Do:

Project Managers lead multidisciplinary teams that plan, execute, and deliver complex aviation programs. You will balance technical ex*****on, budgets, and timelines while keeping customer satisfaction at the center of every decision.

Structural Engineers design and certify aircraft modifications from concept through installation. You will collaborate with avionics engineers, DERs, and production specialists to develop innovative, certifiable solutions for aircraft worldwide.

Certification (FAA DER) Engineer develops and approves design data in compliance with FAA regulations. You will work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure airworthiness, manage certification projects, and support the approval of design changes, STCs, and PMA programs.

Quality Manager drives excellence across manufacturing and engineering operations. You will oversee audits, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure every product meets the highest safety and regulatory standards. Your leadership will sustain our AS9100 and FAA compliance framework.

Remote Avionics Modification Services (RAMS) Manager leads field modification programs supporting aircraft worldwide. You will coordinate with engineering, logistics, and customer support teams to deliver efficient on-site avionics upgrades and maintain L2’s reputation for quality and reliability.
