Another day, another pecan failure on a shop. Got a call from a repeat customer about a pecan tree failing and damaging both of his shop roofs. We came out and got it taken care of and tarped up until a roofer can come repair it. We’ll be returning in the coming weeks to finish removing that tree and another over the shop so he doesn’t have to worry anymore!

An absolute UNIT of a tree, and one of the biggest we’ve taken out in a while. Was over 6’ at the cut and 24-30” blocks as all our 100hp skid steer and loader could lift of the trunk. Well we didn’t get very many good before photos because we were hard charging on this one. This homeowner gave simple instructions, cut as many trees as you can in 2 days to get them away from my house and open it up. 2 very long days later, we removed 85 trees from around her home and buildings. Well, weekends are usually for date night and family activities, but we stand by our commitment to priority mitigation response. After all the rain the last several weeks, a big oak had enough and fell over across property lines on 2 sheds and a fence. Our crew was at the yard within an hour to head out and start work.
