Hi everyone! I wanted to reach out to business owners!!

Starting in 2024, the new Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting (BOIR) requirements impacts many small businesses including LLCs. Basically, if you are registered with the State, you need to file this before 12/31/2024, to avoid penalties.

I am encouraging you to complete this requirement on your own. You basically enter your information and upload your driver's license. The official FREE link to file yourself is:
