***My business journey from Oil to Solar in US***

At Accenture Consulting, I was working on global digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 Big Oil Clients.

It was 11 years ago, I decided to leave the big comfortable corporation career where I run large and complex million dollars strategic sourcing projects.

But Solar was calling me. Instead, I spent quite some time in Starbucks Coffee in our Dublin local book store, trying to figure out how I could make an impact on climate change through solar business.

Green Energy Village, a boutique management consulting firm I founded, grew from an unknown startup born in Starbucks to a multi-million dollar business which won the top brand awards.
I call it Enso‘s Small and Beautiful business frameworks. It has Zen spirit which I practiced for many years. It is ultra simply coming down to the essence of the business functions. So with a tiny team and very low operation cost, we competed well with the world-class giants, as a woman-owned minority-owned business.

I share my hard-earned Enso’s Small and Beautiful Business Framework in a series of online courses and private business coaching services to the inspirational entrepreneurs or business leaders.
