It’s a mix of patience, quick thinking, and a sense of humor.

And the longer you do it, the more you realize, every day looks a little different.

Today’s recipe:
1. Start with a tortilla.
2. Add… an aggressive amount of sour cream.
3. Sprinkle exactly two pieces of shredded cheese.
4. Call it a taco bun and move on with confidence.

It’s a calendar packed from 9–5 with:
family consultations, nanny interviews, scheduling changes, payroll, and constant communication.

🙃 It’s candidates not showing up, but families not having to deal with that frustration themselves.

It’s navigating real-life dynamics on both sides, and knowing when something feels off before it becomes a bigger issue.
