A week ago we wrapped up a three day training and process development intensive with an amazing group of physicians, practitioners, front line team members and administrators at Kaiser Permanente Diablo Service Area!

Inclusive leadership feeling overwhelming?

We asked our biggest supporters to tell us what question they would ask someone that is trying to make sense of their own inclusive leadership journey?

"What seed do you want to plant now that you hope will be nurtured and will grow?"

Thank you Darlene M. Davis Goodwine, PhD, LP, LCADC for reminding us that inclusive leadership isn't about knowing everything now. It's more important to know what seeds YOU want to plant today and how you'd like to see them grow.
