✅ Listings up 36% YoY = more choices for buyers
💰 Median price ~$335K (up just 1.7%)
⏱ Homes taking longer to sell (~30–40 days)
📉 Market cooling slightly, but still favors sellers
🏘️ Rentals & affordable housing gaining attention
