Position: Functional PeopleSoft TAM (Talent Acquisition Management) Consultant

Location: San Diego
Start: ASAP
Schedule: M-Th
Duration: Full time for first 2.5 months and part time for 3-4 months after that. (Varying between 40 and 80 hours per month). The first 2.5 months would be onsite. The 3-4 months part timework can be done 100% remote. It can be done on off hours, assuming candidates take on another full time. Its ok if they take on a new full time job at that time. Hopefully that all makes sense. We can get on a call to discuss if you would like.

Job Overview:
• Functional position, and the individual would be assisting with the implementation of PeopleSoft’s TAM/Candidate Gateway module for release 9.2. They would be part of a small team and would guide / partially manage the effort
• Interview process would be with a Huron project manager, followed by a client interview.
• Besides 9.2 TAM, we are looking for a candidate with gateway experience also.
• At a minimum the need to be able to show they have done an “Implementation”, not just an Upgrade.
• Ability to demo the product is needed as well.
• It’s a very small team. The individual would need to be a little low keyed and responsive to the clients questions.

The Business Resource Center requires a skilled PeopleSoft developer who has focused experience customizing, troubleshooting and providing general support of PeopleSoft’s Time & Labor module.

Experience:
• Acting as a Time & Labor functional and technical expert
• Maintaining programs and objects in all aspects of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, online customizations, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Process Scheduler, PS Query and Data Mover
• Supporting production file and web service based interfaces including the Time Collection Device (TCD).
• Performing Compare Reporting and Collision Analysis
• Retrofitting and unit testing customizations
• Working with SQL and SQR
• Utilizing approval workflows and Approval Workflow Engine

Work Requirements
Work is expected to occur on-site and follow a well established Change Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
