We recently had the pleasure of visiting Belle-Hampton Farm, home of Back Creek Wagyu, and getting to see where their incredible beef comes from.

We’re so grateful to have Madeline and Tom as faithful vendors at our Heritage Market, and we’re even more excited to be featuring their full-blood Wagyu beef at our Heritage Dinner at Draper Mercantile & Trading Company on Tuesday, September 8th at 6pm!

This four-course dining experience has been carefully curated by our Chief Culinarian, Chef Corbin Ramey, and reservations are filling up!
