Attention East Dubuque Customer,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to collect recycling today. We ARE picking up trash today, so please leave that out. We will be there tomorrow (Thursday) to collect all recycling.

UPDATE...

Due to the escalated weather forecast, we will not be running any routes tomorrow (11/29/25).

Drivers will collect up to double your normally allowed amount next Thursday (12/4/25).

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday.

The drivers will be running their regular Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) routes on Saturday (11/29/25). As always, they will begin their routes at 6:00 am. Please make sure your trash and recycling is curbside by 6:00 am as the driver will not come back for any missed items.

The drivers will do their best to collect all trash and recycling. Please be patient with them as they work through the rough weather conditions.

We are currently looking for office staff. Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm. Some computer skills required. MSO knowledge helpful. Must be organized and able to multi-task. Duties include but not limited to: data entry, answering phones, scaling trucks, processing BOLs, some billing.

Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be picked up the Saturday AFTER the holiday.

What a cold, blustery winter day.

The drivers are out running their routes, to the best of their ability. However, there are several streets/roads that they may not get to, due to road conditions. Please bear with them as they are doing their very best.

As always, our drivers safety is priority. If they are unable to get to your location this week, they will collect, up to double your normal allowed amount next week. Some drivers may attempt to collect these missed locations by the end of this week. It all depends on the route and the driver.
