A before and after a sewer line replacement.

Sometimes enough is enough.

This project needed a full bursting where we drag a brand new pipe through this beat down pipe.

All done without touching your lawn!

That's not a grocery bag going down your sewer line.

It's honestly one of the hardest things to explain how this fabric becomes a 1/8th inch thick solid pipe.

If you're getting near that point where you are having to call a plumber annually, it might be the right time before the whole pipe collapses and needs a full replacement.

And let's not talk about the problems in the house when that happens.

That blue glow is a sewer line turning into a new pipe.

We run the HammerHead Bluelight LED system. The resin only hardens under blue-wavelength light, so nothing starts curing until we decide it does.

Control and reliability with linings happening in under 12 minutes.

This means same day completion. So you can get back to your life by the evening.

And your lawn stays where it is.

You could stand on top of this pipe lining.

Lining means creating a brand new solid pipe inside your existing pipe.

It's hard to wrap our heads around. When we think epoxy lining we think fabric, maybe paint like material. Weak, or something that could wear out in a few years.

This could not be further from the truth.

UV cured lines today when installed properly cure to a very similar strength than the brand new installed PVC pipe.

Why is there a car tire in my basement?

Little things like this are what 10 years of doing it every day looks like.

Pipe bursting works by running a steel cable through your old sewer line, then pulling a new one in behind it. The unit we set up in the basement pulls with up to 30 tons of force.

That much load needs somewhere to ride.

The old pipe fractures outward, the ground gives a little, and a single fused HDPE pipe takes its place. No joints to come apart later. No trench across the yard.
