✨ Meet the TTCP Staff! ✨
Today we’re featuring Tera Jasken, Tribal Liaison. Waaseghizigikwe Indizhinikaz, Gaawaabaabiganikag Indunjiba, BemidjiGamig Inda. Mukwa Nindoodem.

Tera Jasken is an Anishinaabe Ikwe, a member of the White Earth nation and descendant of the Blackfoot nation, born and raised in White Earth MN. She is the mother of two beautiful Dakota babies. Her and her family actively participate in both Dakota and Anishinaabe cultures, community, customs, and ways of healing.

Tera has been a Community Trainer with the TTCP for 3 years prior to joining the team as a Tribal Liaison. In this role she provided ICWA and MIFPA training to county, tribal, and state agencies throughout Minnesota. Tera has worked as a child welfare consultant as well as worked in clinical mental health, behavioral health, crisis response and substance use disorder tribal programs. She has experience in direct practice, policy development, training, holistic behavioral health services, managed crisis programming, supervision, and
developed tribal programming. She brings with her 14 years of experience working with tribal nations and integrating cultural practice into services. Her heart lies within our tribal nations and cultural strengths, and she has a passion for empowering and promoting sovereignty and cultural integration in services.

Tera graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Master of Social Work degree and has been a Licensed Graduate Social Worker since May of 2022. Tera graduated high school with an A.A. degree and then completed her Bachelors in Psychology at Bemidji State University. She has numerous certifications in mental health and substance use treatment.

✨ Meet the TTCP Staff! ✨
Today we’re featuring Liz Urbaniak, Business Manager.

Liz brings two years of experience from a previous position at the University of Minnesota - Duluth. She is excited to join the team to further the TTCP's missions, and to support fellow co-workers and community trainers.

She has received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from UMD. She plans on soon furthering her skills in the Master's of Education program, also at UMD.
