Miami filled my cup last week! This is the 3rd Leadership Academy cohort with Modivcare’s Personal Care Services division… and it was the best one yet! Leadership development shouldn’t be an afterthought. It needs to be a priority for internal growth & mobility, retention, culture development, and helping an organization see itself honestly, like looking in a mirror.
Can’t wait to see where these emerging leaders go!!
Followed the Academy with some strategy sessions with the leadership team. Always a great mix of relationship building, a-ha moments, and some fun in a nearby karaoke bar after dinner.
