1. Set Realistic Workloads and Expectations

HR can help define clear roles, align expectations with actual capacity, and support managers in distributing work more effectively. This reduces the “always behind” feeling that leads to burnout and helps employees feel in control of their work, rather than feeling overwhelmed by it.

2. Promote Work-Life Boundaries
