September was a month of giving back at AFL.

Through our annual UNITE Month of Service, associates came together to support local organizations and strengthen the communities where we live and work. Whether landscaping, organizing, caring for animals or lending a hand wherever it was needed, our teams made a meaningful impact through volunteer service.

AFL was proud to sponsor the American Heart Association's Leaders for a Resilient Generation event at Middle Tyger Education Center, bringing together school leaders from across Upstate South Carolina to learn about resources that support student and educator health, wellness and safety. ♥️

The program provides participating schools with hands-only CPR education, stroke awareness materials, wellness and disease prevention resources, and tools that can be shared with students, staff and families. These practical resources help schools build healthier, more resilient communities through education, prevention and preparedness.
