Outside Sales Representative - Industrial Sanitation Equipment & Supplies
*Seeking a qualified candidate in Pittsburgh, PA region

Our Client, leading distributor of industrial cleaning supplies and equipment, is seeking a motivated, result-driven, and mechanically inclined Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. The representative will present and sell state-of-the-art sanitation equipment and supplies to schools, industrial facilities, healthcare, and hospitality clients in their Pittsburgh market.

The qualified individual will be excited about the future of automation and innovation in the Industrial Cleaning Equipment & Supplies industry.
The Outside Sales Representative will be on the road in the Pittsburgh Market utilizing their business development and mechanical knowledge to sell dishwashing, laundry equipment and dispensing systems and related supplies.

What You’ll Do:
• Present and sell next-generation equipment and Industrial Sanitation supplies to new and existing clients
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels of the clients’ organizations
• Demonstrate the value and capabilities of the company’s robots through virtual or on-site presentations
• Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline with full support from our technical and marketing teams
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in automation and robotics to position yourself as a trusted expert

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven B2B sales background with an exceptional customer service record
• Interest in robotics, automation, or advanced technology (training provided)
• Sales experience with related sanitation equipment and supplies or related type of products is a plus
• Initiative-taking and organized, with the ability to work independently
• Effective communication and sales skills. Confidence when talking with clients within all levels of an organization
• Proficient computer skills (daily use of Microsoft office programs, sales and client tracking software)
• Clean Background and Motor Vehicle Record per company’s insurance standards

In-House Service Technician - Industrial Equipment – Location Duncansville, PA
Qualifications:
Experience trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining small motors and electrical and plumbing components is required (ex. Vacuums, floor scrubbers, proprietary laundry dispensing equipment, assist in repairing smaller industrial dishwashers)
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems
Computer skills required to research parts, place orders, and track inventory
Self-motivated – ability to work independently
Professional customer service and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to push, pull and lift 50 pounds unassisted
Willing and able to assist with general shop and supply maintenance when needed
Clean Motor Vehicle Record per company’s insurance standards

Responsibilities
Utilize mechanical skills to install and service our proprietary equipment in house
Diagnose customer machines that are in-house for repair
Assist service technicians, sales representatives, etc. with questions regarding parts
Provides excellent communication and service to all customers
Maintain tools and equipment
Complete documentation and paperwork accurately and on time
Enter service request, parts required, parts repair history

Schedule / Benefit Overview:
Schedule is typically Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm – 1-hour unpaid lunch required
Hourly rate based on experience
Occasional overtime
Individual Medical coverage eligible upon 90 days of service
Vacation and Personal Days earned
Paid Holidays
401k Plan with Company match after one year of service

Qualifications :
Office Administrative experience a plus but not required
Strong data entry and computer skills with daily use of MS Office programs, email, and internet software
Knowledge of general office procedures and ability to operate office equipment (copier, computers, electronic devices)
Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
Dependability, with a strong work ethic, consistent attendance and punctuality, is important to the success of this role and the overall effectiveness of the team
High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree a plus

Responsibilities:
General office duties to include emailing, filing, copying, printing, data entry, mailing, keeping a professional office appearance
Welcome and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and helpful manner

Maintain office inventory, ordering, and office equipment
