INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear valued customers, As some of you may know with our current situation with inflation things are becoming harder and harder to keep profitable enough to provide a reputable service. As of April 1st 2024 we received an increase in our waste disposal fees by 15% along with another increases in other places aswell. We have been fortunate enough to cut back in other places In the past to not be forced to increase our rates. Sadly after multiple times of closely reviewing our books this isn’t the case so were forced to increase our rates to continue to provide the services that “You” the customers expect. We are going to try our hardest to pass the least amount as possible increases. Moving forward you will receive a letter along with the increase on your next statement. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us! We’re a small family owned and operated business that understands each and everyone!

Please be awear crews are running today but due to the weather we are delayed. We will be running our routes differently than usually. Later in the day as the roads become more safer we will attempt the hills/higher elevation areas as long as they are cleared. Our employees safety along with the public’s safety is our main priority. If we can’t get to you because of the weather we will make sure to take everything next week. Please understand we do not intend to miss your pickup but due to the circumstances we will not risk our employees/equipment.

With great sadness we’d like to update our customers the owner and founder of the company passed away, Jim will be missed dearly by everybody here, He wasn’t just a boss he was more than that to each and everyone one of us. With his passing please understand that the staff is grieving, And they are going to try their best to remain on the normal routined schedule but they might be delayed some days. The business is going to remain operating and continuing business as usual. Please bare with us through this difficult time.

We're sorry to report that our normal pickups are experiencing delays due to an accident at our local transfer station that caused them to close in result forces us to to travel 2 hours to a alternative transfer station, Were hoping to get back to our normal schedule as soon as possible.
