On October 2-4, an exclusive 16-course omakase experience is coming to LucidWild Estate in the Dundee Hills for three eveningsonly. 

Acclaimed Sam Saltos of Hiyaku is taking over the private residence of LucidWild Estate owners Blair & L.J. Nicholas for an ultra-intimate culinary residency. 

The Experience:
• 16-Course Seasonal Omakase: Traditional-style sushi prepared directly before you, showcasing seafood flown in from Tokyo’s famed Toyosu Market alongside peak Pacific Northwest ingredients. 
• Curated Pairings: Your choice of acclaimed LucidWild Estate single-vineyard wines and/or a hand-selected artisanal sake flight. 
• Intimate Setting: Strictly limited to 12 guests per seating inside one of Oregon wine country’s most exclusive private residences.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a sold-out Live on the Lawn - Housewine Summer Concert at LucidWild. Between the incredible live music by THe HouSeWiNe mouthwatering food by MEATSTUFF and the most stunning Dundee Hills views - capped off by a truly spectacular lunar eclipse lighting up the night sky - the energy was pure magic.

One Year Anniversary of LucidWild’s SkyTerraces + WineCaves! We celebrated with our members the only way we know how: unforgettable wine, vibrant and unmatched energy, and a true taste of Luau paradise. 🌺✨ 

Nearly 700 of our incredible members and their guests brought the house down for LucidWild’s Anniversary Luau Party this past weekend. From the hypnotic rhythm of traditional Polynesian dancers echoing through the caves to authentic Hawaiian flavors paired with our signature single-vineyard estate pours across the sunlit terraces, you all made our first anniversary one for the books!

The moment we’ve been waiting for all season has arrived: Veraison is officially here at LucidWild Estate. 🍇✨ 
 
Walk through our Dundee Hills single-vineyard estate and you’ll see the transformation in real time. Our Pinot Noir berries are softening, shifting from vibrant summer green to deep, rich purple. 
 
Here’s what’s happening beneath the surface: 
 
The Shift: The berries have finished growing in size and are locking in their natural acidity. 
 
Flavor Development: The vines are now channeling all their energy into accumulating sugars, complex aromatics, and rich phenolic flavor. 
 
The Structure: Because our estate is 100% dry-farmed, 28-year-old vines planted in iconic Jory volcanic soil, this ripening window is where our berries develop their signature depth, elegance, and concentrated structure. 
 
The Timeline: The clock has officially started. We are roughly 30-45 days out from the 2026 harvest, and the energy across the vineyard is electric.

After an exhaustive tasting of hundreds of bottles, VinePair highlighted what makes LucidWild Estate’s single-vineyard estate so special:

“Dry-farming a single plot of 27-year-old vines that overlooks Mount Hood in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. This wine is deep and rich, with concentrated flavors of blackberry jam, black cherries, and aged balsamic. Vibrant acidity shines through to support the dense core of fruit; the weight and texture on the palate are wonderful.”
