MAVIN is hiring an Accounting Specialist (Accounts Payable) to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys working with others.
In this role, you’ll manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs, while processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, financial reporting, and reconciling ledger accounts. You’ll also work with vendors, Purchasing, and other internal departments to process invoices accurately and help ensure bills and payroll are paid correctly and on time.
