Customers drain lines were no longer taking water and the tank was under the garage. So we installed a whole new system and had the plumber come in and redirect everything to the new system. Also we uncovered a couple hundred basketball sized boulders.

Customer said nothing was making it to the septic tank. We found that the pipe had a huge belly in it and even worse above that there was a drop T with a cleanout and the 90 degree bend underneath the T was broken. We removed everything and repaired it with no more drop T.
