Old Rag Sunrise Fall Equinox Hike

I am planning to hike Old Rag Mountain to see the sunrise on the Fall Equinox (Tuesday 22 September).

I find this is a nice way to mark the passing of the seasons and to locate myself in the Universe.

I will start at 5:00 am from Berry Hollow parking lot so it is a shorter hike (2.8 miles one way).

Message me if you want to join me.

How can we become happier, healthier, more financially secure, and more helpful to the Earth? These may appear to be separate questions, but many of their answers are connected.

The surprising thing is that while life's biggest questions may seem fundamentally different, many of them share the same answers. The reason is the interconnectedness of life and the power of virtuous cycles.
