Hello valued customers. We wanted to give you an update on our business. We have been noticing for months, years actually, the increase on cost of the truckloads and right now it's not looking good. Truckloads for some companies have increased up to 40% and are putting less product on the loads, think of it as a bag of chips at the store you now pay more and get less. Due to this uptick in cost, it is becoming more apparent that we, as a liquidation pallet company, can no longer afford to stay open. Our business model has always been in person pallet sales; we never wanted to go to individual sales or auctions as it would be too much for Tony and myself to handle. It is clear that in the future this too may be an ending for some other companies if prices keep going up. We have always tried to strive for fair pallet pricing, and with current truckload prices being as they are, what we would have to charge for pallets wouldn’t be beneficial for you, our customers. We have loved being here for the past 6 ½ years. We have met so many wonderful people and we will miss it all. Our page will remain up; we will still be able to sell some truckloads should customers need them. We will monitor truckload pricing and reassess the situation in the future should prices happen to fall.
That being said, we will start our going out of business sale Thursday from 10-3pm until last pallet sold or March 31st.
