Hi everyone,

Now that the season has come to an end, we just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. We truly appreciate you choosing us for your snow plowing this year — your continued support means a lot.

It was another busy winter, and we’re grateful for the trust you place in us to keep your properties safe and accessible. We’re already looking forward to next season.

As we plan ahead, we want to give you a heads-up on a few updates coming next year to keep things running smoothly and efficiently:
• A referral program to reward you for sending friends and neighbors our way
• Secure credit cards saved on file for easier, more convenient billing
• An updated service agreement/contract for clarity and consistency

We also want to be upfront that there will be a modest price increase next season. Like many businesses, we’ve seen rising costs across the board — including fuel, insurance, and payroll. These adjustments allow us to continue providing reliable service and maintaining the level of quality you expect.

We’ll send out full details on pricing and the updates above well before the next season, so you’ll have plenty of time to review everything.

First round is done time for some food and rest before we do finals after 6 tonight!

Good evening!

We are a couple hours away from the snow starting. We are projected to receive 12-16 inches of semi wet heavy snow. We will be starting our first around between 1 and 3am - start time will depend on the rate it falls and weight of the snow. Our plan is complete our first round and then let the storm playout and come back out tomorrow afternoon for a final clean up. Our plan is as good as the weathermen, so this is subject to change.

A few key takeaways from past storms and requests that we’d like to address:
Trash barrels - leave them in the garage. Trash has been delayed a day, so they do not need to go out. Barrels at the end of the driveway make it hard to fully clear the ends of the driveway as well as get close enough to mailboxes.
Cars - Please park appropriately and out of any push zones.
Dogs - We understand that they too enjoy the outdoors and need to be let out. However, if we show up while they are out, please quickly bring them in. We can replace yard decorations, mailboxes and children’s toys, but we cannot replace the family pet.

Snow removal and pushbacks:
It has been a long winter for all of us. From the start of the year, we have done our best to keep the snowbanks as far back (pushing past plow stakes) as we can each storm. However, we are officially reaching the point where we are out of room in 75% of our driveways. After this storm we will be scheduling times this week for us to come out and remove the snowbanks. If this needs to be done in your driveway you will be notified from me (some of you may already be anticipating this as your driveways have shrunk drastically). This service is billed on an hourly rate.

Hopefully the light at the end of the snow tunnel starts to appear!

Good morning Everyone,

We would like to thank you all for your patience over the course of this storm. Although the snow was light and fluffy we still battled what every large storm comes with; stuck trucks, blown hydraulic lines, no sleep and broken plows. But, in the end we got everything done.

With the cold temps over the course of the week, we will be making one final round this morning to check on things as some people received an additional 1-3 inches since the last time we were there.
