Two of our team members, Karlie Mueller and Elaine Rossy, would like to recognize and send a HUGE thank you to our Executive Managing Director, Warren Dunnegan, our Chairman, Tim Danis, and our Office Coordinator, Michelle Meyer. Together they executed 4 renewals with combined fleet schedules in the hundreds that needed driver ID cards and thousands of certificates mailed or delivered and into their hands prior to 5/1. Karlie and Elaine put the renewals to bed with the clients and underwriters and also worked diligently in EPIC. The task of folding and preparing driver ID cards and putting into our covered plastic sleeves, folding and putting the certificates into window envelopes, and then running most through the postage meter was left to whomever is/was in the office.
Without being asked, Michelle and Warren rose to the challenge. When Tim saw Warren in the lunchroom folding away, he asked what being done and without hesitation rolled up his sleeves and started folding and stuffing as well. This is what you call TEAMWORK at its’ best. Part of our hard-working and loyal team remembers doing the same thing with Tim and his brother Tom years ago when Risk Consulting Partners was a new and up-and-coming agency.
We are incredibly grateful and thankful to work with such a giving and wonderful team; we see the dedication and support from top to bottom, which says so much about our firm. We are indeed in this TOGETHER.
