Full-Time Fertilizer Applicators
This position would involve applying dry fertilizer in the spring and summer and lime in the fall. Would include various jobs in the other parts of the year. Those duties would vary on the applicant and his or her strengths.
Full-Time Sprayer Applicators
This position would involve spraying crop fields in the spring and summer and would have other duties during the other parts of the year. Those duties would vary on the applicant and his or her strengths.
Full-Time General Laborer
This position would involve a variety of tasks as needed by the company. Anything from sweeping to driving to pick up parts, but those duties would vary on the applicant, his or her strengths, and what is needed at the time.
Seasonal Fertilizer Tender Truck Drivers
This position would involve driving fertilizer tender trucks delivering dry fertilizer to our applicators in the field as well as to farmers. A full CDL is appreciated and desired, but not required, as we will work with you to obtain a Farm Services CDL. This is a great opportunity to gain extra income, see new parts of Western Wisconsin that you may not normally see, and be a part of a great team and culture.
Seasonal Sprayer Tender Truck Drivers
This position would involve driving sprayer tender trucks delivering water and product to our applicators in the field. A class A CDL is needed for this position. This is a great opportunity to gain extra income, see new parts of Western Wisconsin that you may not normally see, and be a part of a great team and culture.
Seasonal General Laborer
This position would involve general cleaning as well as helping in other various areas as needed.
