📦 WAREHOUSE POSITION
Our Warehouse position requires:
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Ability to lift and move boxes
✅ Ability to assist with loading and unloading trucks
✅ Dependability and a strong work ethic
⭐ JOB COACH
Our Job Coaches work directly alongside our Stars as they complete janitorial services at businesses throughout the Durant area.
This position requires:
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Ability to be on your feet throughout the workday
✅ Ability to perform janitorial duties alongside our Stars
✅ Patience, teamwork, and a positive attitude
✅ Desire to support individuals with disabilities in achieving real workplace success
☎️ SOONER SELECT REPRESENTATIVE
This position is located within our Call Center and will work with our Sooner Select program.
This position requires:
✅ Strong computer skills
✅ Comfort with being on the phone
✅ Professional communication skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
💼 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
All three positions are FULL-TIME and begin through our community staffing partner, Texoma Staffing, Agape Quantum Creations, US Headquarters.
After successfully completing the required 520 hours through the staffing agency, employees will transition to People First Industries as full-time employees and become eligible for all benefits offered by PFI.
