Here is another shot of Johnson Subaru of Cary. Most of the exterior is wrapped up and we are inside framing and getting ready for some drywall. So many great teams involved in this project. We are blessed to be a part of it. Thanks to everyone involved! Fantastic job as always. I would expect nothing less. Way to go!!!

We are building walls today. Our crews are standing these massive 8” 14ga studs with 2-1/2” flanges. These 44’ long studs are properly sized to meet this 1hr wall’s design criteria; 5 PSF, L/240.

We will be hanging boards soon.

Our team has begun framing the interior fitup in the new Ashley Furniture Warehouse. Our demising walls will serve as some of the temp enclosures required to heat the space for the “super-flat” concrete slab to be placed. Good leadership, sequencing and coordination helps big projects run smoothly for everyone. We always enjoy working with Choate Construction Company and Advanced Framing & Interiors, Inc.

Another beautiful fall day in Four Oaks, NC. We are wrapping up some soffit framing on this tilt-up concrete warehouse facility for Ashley Furniture before moving inside for the fitup work. Another great project with Choate Construction Company and AFI Construction.

Advanced Framing & Interiors, Inc. is constructing these 3 retail buildings on the old South Square Mall location in Durham, NC. These buildings will provide over 60,000 SF of new retail space for the Bull City. Our scope of work includes exterior framing & engineering, sheathing, weather barriers, wood blocking, door frames, interior framing, drywall, and insulation. Once again our team did a great job. Congratulations to everyone involved.

We are rolling along at University Hill. Here is a shot of Building 3. Second floor framing is complete. Parapets are sheathed and blocked, ready for the roofer.

We will get this one wrapped up and move on to Building 2. This has been an exciting project with Clancy & Theys Construction Company. We are definitely looking forward to other opportunities with this outstanding organization.

Check us out. Advanced Framing & Interiors is hard at work in Oxford, NC building the Granville Health Systems new 2-story 22000 sf medical office building. Exterior construction is coming along as we move inside to begin the interior fitup. Our scope of work includes CFS framing, sheathing, rough carpentry, waterproofing, insulation, LG framing and drywall. Excellent work by our crews and vendors. Working for the pros at Bordeaux Construction makes the process that much more enjoyable.
