With all the virtual meetings/trainings happening, there is a flood of recommendations of how to add "fun" with activities! But YIKES! As an "Interaction Queen" Facilitator, I cringe when I see how childish and unrelated most of these games are. Here's my take on how to make them more meaningful ... and productively practical!
