No job is too large or too small. From a simple repair to a complex design, we do all things picture framing related! We work with retail/residential accounts as well as corporations, nonprofits and government clients. We are excellent at designing picture frames projects as well as producing quality projects in a timely manner. Our everyday prices are competitive with even the large craft stores

and big discounts but our service and quality are better. We take a consultative approach and offer ideas that to make your home and office look great. Not sure what you want? Our job is to help you make that decision. Specialties: Art consultation services. Custom picture framing, custom matting services, picture framing repair and photo restoration services. We excel at the unusual and difficult project! Shadowboxes, jersey, baptismal gowns, military medals are are fun for us! Onsite picture hanging services available.

Some people just bring color with them. ❤️💚💙

Her mom recommended that she come see us when it was time to frame a collection of wonderfully unique art for her fabulous new home in South Minneapolis—and we’re so glad she did.

By day, she’s a bit of a superhero: advocating for people in hospice and helping make sure they are seen, heard and cared for during one of life’s most vulnerable chapters.

And then there’s her art.

She collects pieces on her travels—little discoveries that catch her eye, make her smile, and come home carrying a memory of where she’s been.

Playful. Unexpected. Bold. Full of color and personality.

The Minneapolis map was framed especially for her boyfriend, while the other pieces are part art collection, part travel story—a wonderfully personal mix of places, experiences and things she simply loved enough to bring home.

Maybe that’s what we loved most about this collection. There’s a warmth and joy to it that seems so fitting for someone who spends her days advocating for others and helping make things a little better.

Now those memories have a place in her fabulous new South Minneapolis home—and we loved helping give each one its frame. ❤️

When “I’ll be happy with par” turns into a HOLE-IN-ONE. ⛳️💛

He came in with a very important framing request: his wife’s hole-in-one.

And honestly, he may have been even more excited about it than she was.

They were golfing with a friend at Crystal Lake Golf Course, and his wife was having one of those days. Frustrated with her game, she decided it was time for a little positive thinking.

“This next hole, I’m going to make par.”

Her friend encouraged her to aim higher: “Why not go for a birdie?”

She laughed. “Nope. I’ll be happy with par.”

She swung.

The ball flew.

And IN. IT. WENT.

Forget par. Forget the birdie.

HOLE. IN. ONE. 🎉⛳️

Her husband was so tickled—and so incredibly proud of her—that he brought us the flag, the lucky ball and a photo from that unforgettable day.

We put them all together so one perfect swing gets to live on long after the scorecard is tucked away.

And perhaps the lesson here is…

Never settle for par. 😉

Meet Zach.

When he’s not doing the heroic work of keeping the rest of us safely on the road, Zach is a certified mechanic—and, as of recently, an art collector.

While visiting his sister, who is teaching in South Korea, he came across this piece and simply thought it was beautiful. He brought it home, making it his very first art purchase—and bringing him to us for his very first custom framing experience.

And thankfully, he trusted me enough to sneak in one of my all-time favorites: a red Tatami silk mat. Just that little glimpse of red was enough to pull out the blossoms without competing with the artwork.

Some friendships deserve a frame as unforgettable as the story behind them. 💚🎸

This dapper gentleman has spent his career as a bodyguard to many — and along the way formed a close friendship with Poison’s lead singer, Bret Michaels.

As a gesture of that friendship, Bret gave him something extraordinary: a 1-of-19 limited “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” lyric piece, featuring Bret’s handwritten lyrics and signature in gold.

And when you’re framing a gift from Bret Michaels, subtle isn’t necessarily the answer.

That brilliant green? A nod to Bret’s guitar. 💚

We paired the bold green Roma frame with a second black Roma frame and a substantial 6-ply mat — grounding all that rock-and-roll energy while giving the piece the presence it deserves.

A special gift from one friend to another, with the framing becoming part of the story.

Every rose may have its thorn… but this one definitely found its frame. 🎸

Sometimes the story behind the piece is every bit as interesting as the piece itself. 🦋

He came into the shop while taking his mom on a few errands after her back surgery. She had a beautiful Hawaii print to frame, and he happened to bring along a butterfly tile he had painted—something he loved, but wasn’t quite sure how to display.

Wendy knew exactly what to do. A simple black float frame gave the tile its own space while letting every bit of his work show.

And then we learned a little more about the artist.

He paints butterfly tiles.
He takes care of his mom.
And he plays professional football in the UFL while chasing his dream of earning a spot in the NFL.

Artist. Athlete. Son.

A modern-day Renaissance man—and a powerful reminder that the people who walk through our doors are often just as interesting as the things they bring us to frame.

Meet Miracle. 🤍

Eight years ago, he was a rescue horse with a bit of a wild streak and an uncertain story ahead of him.

Today, at 20 years old, he has more than lived up to his name.

Miracle knows exactly what it means when his person arrives—apples, carrots and peppermint treats are coming. And apparently, a ride is no reason to postpone dessert. He’ll stop, turn his head around, give a little neigh…and wait for his treat. 🥕🍎

Somewhere along the way, the horse who needed rescuing became a little bit of a rescuer himself.

His life sounds like the story that belongs in a children’s book—and she’ll tell you he couldn’t have brought more joy to hers.

An artist captured Miracle in all his beauty, and we had the privilege of framing his portrait to honor him for years to come. Even the artist was thrilled to know her work—and Miracle—would be protected behind Museum Glass, with its incredible clarity and just that little extra sparkle.

Some headlines tell history. Others tell your history.

His mother saved these newspapers for him because she knew what those days meant.

On September 11, 2001, he was serving our country in the United States.

When the war in Iraq began in 2003, he was serving again—this time stationed in Germany.

Two historic headlines. Two different places. And one serviceman whose own life was unfolding alongside the events printed on those pages.

More than two decades later, he brought in the newspapers his mom had carefully saved so we could preserve them together.

That may be our favorite part of this piece: a mother thought to save the history her son was living.

Now, instead of being tucked away, they can hang together as a reminder of his service, those extraordinary moments in our history—and the mom who knew they were worth keeping.

This is why we frame things. Not simply to preserve the paper, but to preserve the story attached to it.

Some of the most beautiful stories don’t begin until retirement. ❤️

This peaceful Lake Superior scene was painted by our customer’s grandmother—a hardworking farmer’s wife who spent decades caring for her family and working alongside her husband.

When she received her very first Social Security check, she decided to spend it on something just for herself.

Art classes.💕

She gave herself permission to discover a talent that had been waiting patiently her entire life.

The rock formation she painted has since fallen into Lake Superior, making this painting more than a beautiful landscape. It preserves a view that can never be painted from life again.

One of our favorite discoveries wasn’t on the front of the painting—it was on the back. Tucked beneath the original backing paper was a handwritten note in her own words explaining that the painting had been loaned to a family member but still belonged to her.

We carefully preserved that note beneath the new dust cover, protecting not only her artwork but her handwriting as well. Those small, personal details often become some of the most meaningful treasures for future generations.

We were honored to frame not only her artwork, but the remarkable story behind it.

Because sometimes the most meaningful masterpieces aren’t found in museums…

They’re found in family.❤️
