About Us
Tow to the Rescue & Recovery has been serving drivers across the White Mountains area of eastern Arizona since 2011. We started this business because we genuinely care about helping people, and that is still what drives us every single day. We are a small, close-knit team based in Eagar, Arizona, and we take pride in showing up for our community — whether that means a roadside tow on US-60, a tire change near Show Low, or getting someone home safe from a remote campsite.
We are BBB Accredited, TIMS certified, and known for going the extra mile for every customer.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused tow truck driver to join our team. You will be the person our customers call when they are stressed, stranded, and need someone they can count on. If you take pride in doing the job right, treat people with respect, and stay calm under pressure, you will fit right in.
This is not just a driving job — it is a people job. You represent Tow to the Rescue & Recovery every time you pull up to a scene.
What You Will Do
Respond to roadside calls for towing, tire assistance, vehicle lockouts, and emergency fuel delivery throughout the White Mountains area and surrounding eastern Arizona communities
Operate flatbed tow trucks and off-road recovery equipment safely and professionally
Load, secure, and transport vehicles of various types — including motorcycles, RVs, and personal vehicles
Assist with tire changes and basic roadside support
Communicate clearly and calmly with customers who may be in stressful situations
Keep your truck clean, fueled, and road-ready
Document calls and complete paperwork accurately
Work independently and make good judgment calls in the field
What We Are Looking For
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience driving or operating tow trucks or heavy vehicles (preferred)
Willingness to obtain all required State of Arizona certifications, including TIMS (we will support you through the process)
Physically able to perform the demands of the job — loading vehicles, working in weather, and being on your feet
Dependable, on time, and communicates well
Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts — emergencies do not follow a schedule
Calm and professional with customers in difficult situations
Spanish-speaking is a plus — we serve a bilingual community
What We Offer
A real role on a real team — small crew, everyone matters
Work that makes a difference in people's days
Competitive pay based on experience
Discounts extended to first responders, military, teachers, and senior citizens — because we believe in taking care of this community
