I built the setter seat around a script, not a sales resume.

Here's what we mean when we say a job should run without someone remembering to do it.

First response is the example we use most. A new lead fills out a form. In most businesses, what happens next depends on who sees it and when.

We treat it as a job with a trigger instead of a task on someone's list. The lead comes in, the conversation starts on its own, and a person joins when the lead is ready for one.

I rewrote our first-response flow until the AI could tell me three things: what it remembered, why it picked the next move, and what it does if the lead hits voicemail.
