One of my kids called me skinny today. That has never happenedned before.
I’m less than 2 lbs away from my all time adult low weight.
But this time I’m doing it without spending a fortune to starve myself on some MLM weight loss gimmick that doesn’t teach you how to keep it off and make healthy choices.
No special diet. In fact, I went over calories and had a cookie today.
The side effects of being obese my entire life sucked worse. Shame. Guilt. Worthlessness. Embarrassment. Self consciousness. A chronic hunched posture to try and hide my fat under a XXL or ###L tent. Social rejection. Bullying. Being taken advantage of.
And this last year has been such a challenge.
Facing betrayal (again). Uncertainty about myself and where I fit in. Stress at an all time high. Personal and professional conflict that I would rather be a victim to. And more…
But here is what changes everything.
1. Make a decision to become better.
2. Build habits that take care of yourself.
3. Nonstop, daily mental shifts.
4. Regulating my nervous system.
5. Balancing my neuro transmitters.
6. Meditation.
7. Surrender.
8. Sacrifice.
9. Shifting beliefs.
10. Releasing shadow patterns.
11. Trustingthe design of my human machine.
12. Elevating my frequency.
13. Contemplation and release of the energy i am here to transmute.
Oh yea…
TONS of forgiveness everywhere in life, and especially with myself.
I’ve had some major transformation in the past. But it wasn’t sustainable. I didn’t have the awareness to make it permanent.
This time, it’s been different.
