Erick Jimenez is a Mechanical Engineer from Universidad de las Americas-Puebla www.udlap.mx, Mexico, with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering specialized in Turbo-machinery & Rotor-dynamics from Texas A&M University www.tamu.edu, USA. Erick is Founder of AdL Holdings, Main Investor and Head of Business Development. Erick is former Head of Business Development for Mexico at SemGroup Corporation www.semgroupcorp.com, in charge of new investments ($5MM USD), development of growth strategy towards financial profitability. Among other responsibilities, he oversees green-field projects, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, business unit organic/acquisitive growth and company turnaround via disruptive innovation. Mainly by identifying, originating and securing new business opportunities through a high level of competitive and economic analysis, due diligence, valuation, deal structure, financial modeling, negotiations & contract structure.
