Another quick just before this weird white stuff started falling from the sky again... Hopefully that'll pass quickly - but in the meantime, here you go, Carrie!

I sure hope as things start to open up again in the Anchorage area (and throughout the US) that people stay healthy and really take to heart the things (and the people) that are most important in each others' lives. I'll forever be grateful for the friendship that we've forged with this family over the years we've been back in Alaska.

Well, these are getting more and more fun the longer we're all hunkered down. I visited the Eatons and Burgesses today (from the road!) -- and even helped to celebrate someone's very special 5th birthday!

As promised, donations from the we made over the last couple weeks are being sent off today to Hospice of Anchorage and The Children's Lunchbox. A total of $140 is being donated.

Favorite yet!

The best thing about this opportunity is you can be as serious or as silly as you want - and everyone in the family is invited - even the furry, scaly, feathery ones! I've seen some of folks in their pajamas (whether they're day 'jams or night 'jams is undetermined). Some families have staged their porch with assorted wines, coffee, beer, computers, games, blankets, workout equipment... You name it!
