NOW HIRING – Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician
Eagle Carpet Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing team serving Northern Wisconsin.
This position is primarily focused on residential and commercial carpet cleaning, with opportunities to assist in water damage restoration, mold remediation, demolition, and reconstruction projects as needed.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with their hands, and is interested in building a long-term career in the restoration industry.
Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities:
Residential and commercial carpet cleaning
Upholstery cleaning
Equipment setup and breakdown
Water damage cleanup and restoration support
Demolition and cleanup on restoration projects
Mold remediation support
Basic carpentry, drywall, trim, and rebuild work
Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
Providing excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
Carpet cleaning, construction, remodeling, or restoration experience
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging environments
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
