The agencies that figure out automation this year won't just be more efficient.

They'll be operating at a level that's genuinely hard to catch up to.

That's not meant to create panic. It's just the reality of how technology adoption works in any industry. The early movers build systems, refine them, and develop institutional knowledge around them. By the time everyone else catches up, the gap isn't just in tools β€” it's in experience.

Right now, most agencies are still in the "curious but cautious" phase. They're watching. They're researching. They're waiting to see how it plays out.

And that caution makes sense. Nobody wants to invest time and money into something that doesn't work.

But the window for being an early mover is still open. The agencies that start building now β€” even imperfectly, even slowly β€” are the ones who will look back in two years and feel like they made the right call.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to start.

Where is your agency right now on the automation journey β€” just getting started, somewhere in the middle, or further along than most?

TCPA compliance isn't just a legal checkbox β€” it's actually a trust signal for your prospects.

When an agency reaches out the right way, with proper consent and clear opt-out paths, it tells the person on the other end that you run a professional operation. That you respect their time and their inbox. That's not a small thing in an industry built on relationships.

The agencies that treat compliance as a burden tend to cut corners. The ones that treat it as a standard tend to build better client relationships from day one.

Automation doesn't make compliance harder β€” when it's set up correctly, it actually makes it easier to stay consistent across every single touchpoint.

How is your agency currently managing consent and opt-out tracking for outreach?

Only 27% of insurance agents use a CRM. That means 73% are leaving growth on the table.

If you're heading into 2026 without one, it's worth asking why.

Nobody starts an insurance agency to spend their evenings doing data entry.

But that's where a lot of agency owners end up β€” not because they made bad decisions, but because the team never fully got on board with the new system.

Someone keeps using the old spreadsheet.
Someone else is still writing notes on sticky notes.
And the CRM that was supposed to save everyone time is now just another thing to manage.

Team adoption is the part of automation that doesn't show up in the demo.

It takes more than a training session.

It takes showing people how the tool makes their specific job easier β€” not just the agency's bottom line.

When your team sees automation as something that works for them, not just for management, everything changes.

What's been the hardest part of getting your team to embrace a new system?
