We’re proud to be part of something truly special happening right here in the Treasure Valley.

Baer Design Group is honored to have been involved in the design of the irrigation system for the new Expo Idaho Park—a transformational project that will create a major new public gathering space for our community.

Projects of this scale and significance don’t come along very often. For us, this is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help design the infrastructure that will support a park intended to serve our community for decades to come.

The irrigation system is an important piece of that vision. Our goal is to develop a system that provides efficient, reliable irrigation while supporting the long-term health and sustainability of the park’s extensive landscape.

We’re especially proud that our work allows us to contribute to a project that will become a lasting part of the Treasure Valley. From the initial planning and design through implementation, it’s exciting to see the vision for Expo Idaho Park taking shape.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be involved and excited to see this incredible project come to life!

Congratulations to everyone involved with the transformation of Big Wood Golf Course!

A little 9-hole course we had the privilege of renovating throughout 2024 and 2025 has just been voted Best Golf Course in the Wood River Valley—an incredible achievement considering the outstanding competition from premier facilities like the Valley Club and Sun Valley Resort.

It was an honor to work alongside my good friend and exceptionally talented golf course architect, David Druzisky, on this project. Together with the dedication of the ownership, superintendent, and entire maintenance team, the vision for Big Wood Golf Course became a reality.

The project included a complete golf course renovation and installation of a new state-of-the-art irrigation system designed to improve turf quality, playability, water efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Awards like this are never the result of one person—they're earned through collaboration, hard work, and a shared commitment to excellence. Congratulations to David, the entire Big Wood Golf Course team, and everyone who helped make this project such a success. It's exciting to see your efforts recognized.

Well deserved!
