We cleared the land, demolished the old home, installed two driveway entrances, graded 4 new home sites, and installed all erosion control measures! This job turned out slick and we moved quite a bit of material to tie this together.

🔨 Even under some rough weather and equipment conditions the men still managed to lay the hammer down on three home sites in Greenwood, SC! Unfortunately we were finish grading the last one and it rained so it didn’t turn out exactly how we like it, but fortunately it was a raised crawlspace. On the other home we were requested to also grade a raised crawlspace, but we ended up throwing in a slab pad and we were able to save our builder some foundation money. And on the last home we had our friends at R&G Tree Company lay some big pines down on a golf course lot to give us room between our neighbors to put in a slab.

This tractor definitely changed the game for me, but we have some new toys on the way that will hopefully do the same!
