Blizniak's Bokken Handmade Exotic Wood Bokken Like any martial artist knows, it's all about balance and strength.

Blizniak's Bokken strives for these same qualities when forming our custom bokken. Because we form our bokken from hand we can feel the balance as we create it. We personally hand select each piece of wood for every bokken we create. We inspect each piece to make sure the wood is top quality and doesn't have any cracks or knots that can lead to poor performance. We also look at the grain pattern to ensure the strength needed for bokken training.

Custom-made 44" workout mace/war hammer/norse viking Thor's hammer. The head is made from Katalox (with a bit of sapwood), and the handle is Ipe (1 3/8" diameter). Engraved lines on the handle for grip. Hammer head weighs 8 lbs. Bamboo for the pins.

Two naginatas finished and shipped! One is Katalox/Hickory/Katalox, and the other is Padauk/Hickory/Padauk.
