✨ Employee Spotlight: Deana ✨
Meet Deana, our West Region Vendor Relations Administrator! 🌟
Deana has been with the company for 8 years, beginning as a seasonal employee before transitioning into a full-time role. While her title and responsibilities have evolved over the years, she has worked across several areas of the business, including finance, administration, and operations, gaining valuable experience along the way.
What Deana enjoys most about her role is that no two days are the same. With new processes, challenges, and opportunities to learn, there’s always something different around the corner. She loves the challenge and the opportunity to continue growing in her role.
One accomplishment she’s especially proud of is building a strong team and working closely with Operations to strengthen relationships with our service partners. As the leader of a team of six in the West Region, Deana takes pride in creating a team that works well together and supports one another.
When it comes to success, Deana believes it’s important to stay flexible and open to change. Being willing to learn, grow, and take on new challenges has helped her continue to evolve throughout her career.
Outside of work, Deana stays busy cheering on her kids! Her son plays soccer, while her daughter competes in dance, so you can often find her watching games and dance competitions. She also loves to travel, with Hawaii, Sweden, and the Dominican Republic among her favorite destinations. ✈️🌴
