This position is responsible for fleet reliability, maintenance, safety, compliance, utilization, financial performance, vendor management, and long-term asset planning. The Fleet Director will partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Safety, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to ensure the fleet is safe, reliable, available, and cost-effective.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Brandon ✨

Meet Brandon, our Senior Market Manager! ❄️

Brandon has been part of the team for approximately 2.5 years, beginning his journey as an Operations Manager before advancing into his current role as Senior Market Manager. But his experience in the snow and ice management industry goes back much further — 16 years, to be exact!

What Brandon enjoys most about his role is the challenge. In an industry where no two days are alike, he thrives on solving problems, finding quick and effective solutions, and turning client challenges into successful outcomes. He also values the relationships he’s built with both clients and field teams along the way.

One accomplishment that stands out to Brandon took place during the New York City blizzard in February. A client reached out after their largest East Coast distribution hub - a location we weren't servicing at the time - was shut down due to a service failure. Brandon quickly assembled an emergency response team and had crews onsite within hours. Working through the night, the team was able to restore operations and help the client avoid shipping delays. Talk about teamwork under pressure! 💪

For Brandon, communication and teamwork are at the heart of getting the job done right. With so many moving pieces and high-pressure situations in the snow and ice industry, keeping everyone aligned and working together allows the team to respond efficiently and deliver results when clients need them most.

When he’s away from work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter Lillie, and their two dogs. Weekend favorites include trips to the zoo and, thanks to Lillie, a good Costco adventure! 🦒🛒 He also enjoys working outdoors and tackling the ever-growing list of projects around the house.
