Hello Hydrangea!

Can be so confusing for gardeners but they are so simple. Different varieties need different care, when to prune & when to let be.

Different colors need different soil ph. The same plant can have a variety of color blooms.

They're kinda amazing.

Potted up almost 70 tomatoes 🍅 last weekend 🙃. Now they grow on in the green house until time to plant. All from seed saved from last year, which is much easier to do than I ever thought.

Why so many? Because I assumed my poor process would lead to a failure to germinate. But nope. Near 100% of the seeds grew.

How amazing?!? The plants from last year are growing again this year. 🙂

If anyone would like some hit me up. Plenty to share!

This was terrifying & exciting! Bee came a bee keeper 😂 Unleashing 12,000 bees 🐝 🐝🐝 was pretty intense, zero stings incurred. Excited for the pollinators, the adventure and maybe some honey 🍯.

Did you hear?? There's a shortage of Christmas trees 🌲?!!?

Increase demand from people getting extra festive in the year of 2020 is a factor.

But decrease in supply as a result of wildfires, droughts (ahemm...climate change), insects & overharvesting is concerning.

Grateful for this gem that is actually just the top of a tree! There's still a 40' tall pine standing where this came from. Yeah its different but I'm more excited about it than any tree I've had before.

So many trees get 'topped' every year why isn't this more of a thing? Hello tree companies...lets repurpose these tops 🙂
