🎓 From the classroom to the shop floor.

We're excited to welcome Parker Laframboise as a Process Engineering Intern. 👏

As he prepares to begin his senior year at the University of Hartford pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Parker will work alongside our engineering team to gain hands-on experience developing the processes that help us machine and weld parts with precision, consistency, and repeatability.

That's why our newer team members recently participated in a two-day blueprint reading course led by Goodwin University . From receiving and contract review to manufacturing and engineering, employees learned how to interpret the information most relevant to their role and how it connects to the bigger project.
