Our team had the opportunity to help this client settle into their new space with unpacking support throughout multiple areas of the home. While every space came together beautifully, this bar area deserved its own moment 🍸

While we help many clients move to a new state, we also support a lot of local moves.

No matter the distance, moving is still a big transition. The same decisions need to be made about what to keep, what to let go of, and how to set up a new space so it functions well from day one.

Our role is to make that process feel more manageable. We help with decluttering before the move, packing in a thoughtful and organized way, and unpacking and setting up systems in the new home so everything has a place right away.

Hi, I’m Kiera, founder of Decluttered and a Certified Professional Organizer.

As I turn 50 (I cannot believe it), it feels like the right time to reintroduce myself and the work we do.

Like many, I am part of the sandwiched generation, balancing a lot of life transitions at once. Having experienced the loss of a parent while still raising my three kids, I understand how meaningful and sometimes overwhelming our homes and belongings can be. That perspective shapes how I approach this work, with care, respect, and an understanding that organization is not just about things, it is about people and their lives.

The Rhode Island team recently worked with a local artist to gather, sort, and label her artwork, creating more clarity within her workspace while keeping everything easy to access.

This project was not just about organizing a space. It was also about helping preserve her work in a thoughtful way, making it easier for her and her family to navigate and appreciate over time.

Even without seeing the full scope, you can imagine how much can build up in a creative environment. Having systems in place allows more time for creating and less time spent searching.

Play areas are meant for fun, not frustration.

With lots of games, toys, and crafts, the key is making everything easy to access and just as easy to put away. When kids can see what they have and know where it goes, playtime flows better and cleanup becomes part of the routine.

And just as important, less is more. Keeping only what is used and loved makes the space feel calmer and easier for everyone to maintain.

We love our maintenance clients.
