After 16 years of experience practicing Social Work, Case Management and Counseling, I decided to move on to this new adventure.
During these years I have worked with kids, families and adults of all kinds of cultural backgrounds and social and financial status, also with a wide variety of mental health challenges.
I have worked to empower clients by providing them with support and resources, but also comfort and guidance. And by walking together the steps towards their dreams, towards accomplishing the goals they set for themselves, to then better their lives.
And that is my goal here as a certified life coach: help you decide what is that you want in life, what is that you want to change, and what new direction you want to take, to then become the best version of yourself. Wether you are stuck in life or you just need guidance or a helping hand, I am here to push you, to work with you, to encourage you, as your personal cheerleader.
